Enhance log filtering and testing functions

### The problem

I would like several aspects to be optimized:

1. Cache the PTR data of the client and refresh it regularly to avoid disappearing after each restart
2. Coexist upstream_dns and upstream_dns_file, which allows users to store general and specific settings respectively
3. Logs can be filtered according to the queried DNS Server
4. Add detailed feedback for upstream DNS tests, such as the latency of each query
