have a button that reverts AGH to a previous version

### Description

[feature request] add a button in the settings section that allows the user to revert to a previous version if they are experiencing bugs with the current version of AGH. This way, the user could still use the system until the next release. when reverted, the current version could be considered "skipped" and the banner that comes up when an update is available won't appear until the next version comes out.
