Api block add (example rewrites)

### Description

#### What problem are you trying to solve?
I want to be able to add all of my rewrites in one openapi call request. currently I have to have a call for each rewrite I need to add, and I have a process that updates this everyday. This is not a problem but probably very inefficient. Does any one know if this feature exist and I just don't know how to do the call correctly. I have tried every way possible.
