Error: control/filtering/add_url | Filter URL already added

On one machine

### AdGuard Home version

v0.107.26

### Description

- Was using OISD Blocklist Full from the filters list
- added AdGuard DNS filter
- Deleted OISD Blocklist Full
- re-add OISD Blocklist Full, but it shows "**_Error: control/filtering/add_url | Filter URL already added -- https://adguardteam.github.io/HostlistsRegistry/assets/filter_27.txt | 400_**" when it's not?
- refresh the page, OISD Blocklist Full shows up as added?

Also, when manually updating the OISD Blocklist Full, it shows error "**_Error: control/filtering/add_url | Network Error_**".
But refresh the page, the list seems updated?
