DNS Settings - Allowed Clients missing MAC based filtering

### Description

#### What problem are you trying to solve?
DNS Settings - Allowed Client list does not support MAC filtering, only IP, CIDR and ClientID

#### Proposed solution
Add support for MAC Addresses in DNS Settings - Allowed Client list. Users with dynamic IP addresses cannot lock down the accepted requests from only their device/router unless the MAC Address filtering support is added.
