Publish adguard home binaries to a repository for Debian or other Unix OS'es

### Description

#### What problem are you trying to solve? - Easy auto upgrades.

#### Proposed solution - By publishing adguardhome to standard or stand alone repository.

#### Alternatives considered - Manual upgrades, because sometimes clicking on "Update Now" button does not work. Also sometimes users don't login to adguard webpage often if things are working fine :)
