Complete example configuration in the repository

#### What problem are you trying to solve?

Configuring AdGuardHome

#### Proposed solution

Having a complete yaml with all defaults within the repository.
It could be used a ready to use template for scripts or as a starting point.

#### Alternatives considered

[The Wiki](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki/Configuration#configuration-file) but it doesn't contain a full example.

#### Additional information

I would like to configure DHCP on other ports but I cannot find anything regarding this.
I'm not even sure whether this is supported yet.
