Update client hostnames at least once per day

### Problem Description
When client hostnames change, the change is not reflected in the AdGuard Home logs/stats

### Proposed Solution
Do a reverse lookup (at least) once a day for the hostname of each known client

### Alternatives Considered
I tried clearing the logs and the stats from the UI, however, the old host names still appeared in the logs/stats

### Additional Information

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating client hostname resolution and the logs/stats paths in AdGuard Home, then trace how resolved names are cached and refreshed. Done means changed client hostnames are reflected in logs and stats after the daily reverse-lookup cycle, with tests covering the refresh behavior.
