[Feature Request] Client UI punycode converter component

### Feature request:
implement client UI component converter to Row-based ASCII Compatible Encoding for IDN from non-ASCII domains.

### Problem description:
to be able use of non-standards uri need to use an external converter like https://www.punycoder.com/

### Ideas for realization:
a handy punycode converter as menu option when entering uri
