AdGuard Home "Client Status Page" similar to 1.1.1.1/help

### Problem Description
With the somewhat obscure DoT and DoH configuration options on some clients (mobile, windows, etc), it can be difficult to diagnose exactly how a client is (or is not) using AdGuard Home DNS services.

### Proposed Solution
It would be great if AdGuard Home could offer a "help" page for clients, similar to https://1.1.1.1/help that could indicate the connection information for the client accessing that page.

### Additional Information
Possibly offering setup wiki links from this page based on the returned status would be helpful as well? This is obviously not a blocking issue, but would be a nice to have.
