Ability to set initial data (username, password, bootstrap DNS) instead of going through setup

Some users would like an ability to provide default username, password, and some other data to AdGuard Home directly, instead of launching it and going through the usual setup wizard. This is useful for users who would like to set up AGH using scripts as well as for packagers.
