Quick link for query log for just this client

### Problem Description

This is a feature request. Would like to have a quick link to get the query log for just the computer I'm connecting from, something like
http://192.168.1.254:81/#logs?response_status=&search=$me$

Javascript can't access the current hostname, so I can't construct a bookmarklet to fetch the query automatically. This will need help from the adguardhome server

### Proposed Solution

Add some kind of token in the query log search= parameter to dereference the client IP/hostname

### Alternatives Considered

Can't use bookmarklet, javascript can't fetch itself
