### Problem Description
**Implement a pixelsrv-tls kind of option within AdGuardHome** that returns a single pixel images for blocked ads.

### Proposed Solution
- Implement pixelsrv within AdGuardHome (or an equivalent solution) for both http and https adverts.
- Make option to enable/ disable this feature within the GUI (e.g. on general settings page)
- Make option to install pixelserv during installation time (./AdGuardHome -s install with some additional params)

### Benefits
- Removes annoying blank spaces in web pages left over by the blocked advert.
- Cleaner web pages, after rendering or web pages
#### Reason for request
- Better implementation if done within AdGuardHome, rather than users trying to install separately.

### Additional Information
pixelserv-tls : A great concept for removing blank spaces (as consumed by ads) in web pages, speeds up browsing as web page rendering becomes faster.

Other products already using pixelserv: [Diversion](https://diversion.ch/faq-reader/what-does-pixelserv-tls-do.html), also implemented in many routers supporting openwrt, etc..
