Put fixed IP address first in Setup Guide

### Problem Description

I am running AdGuard Home in OpenWrt. There are four effective IP in my environment.


All these 4 IP is effective, but actually, only `172.0.0.1` and `172.16.16.16` are fixed and useful. `WAN` & `VPN` IP would change every time after reboot.

Does it possible to put fixed IP address first in Setup Guide, or just mark these fixed IP with a special font or color?
