Add rules to the result of the safe search filtering

In #3846 we've added additional names for the permanent rules lists (e.g. *Custom filtering rules*, *System hosts files*, etc) to the query log. But the safe search filtering rules aren't shown:

We definitely should fill it with some useful information.
