Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Configure unavailable upstream server
2. Reboot server machine
3. Open AdGuard Home interface
4. You receive that [notification](https://uploads.adguard.com/Chinaskijqg7n.png)
### Proposed solution
The notification should display a `remote server not available`.
Hide the rest of the error information in the log.
