Automatic bootstrap DNS

Each ISP has its own dns servers preconfigured and for example when I use the internet from my organization or school or university each of them have their own dns servers and If I force the system to use the adguard home custom dns (DOH), the dns lookup will fail and the connection fails.
what I did was that I cinfigured my windows 10 to choose dns automatically, then saw which dns servers Are used by each ISP, then added the server in bootstrap section, then the problem solved.
is there any feature that adguard home can automatically choose the dns server provided by each connection?
for home connections its often 192.168.1.1
for public connections ut may vary based on each ISP.
in universities and captive portal connections there are different dns servers each time.
the bootstrap section should have something to choose the dns server automatically from the router.
