More caching and session settings

Hello,

please, consider to add more caching settings such as:
1. Control of HTTP and HTTPS caching (for DoH and control panel);
2. Control of TLS and SSL caching separately (its about handshake and stapling cache etc.);
3. Control of SSL-sessions settings.
