[Feature request] Quick service unblock/block from client settings

I'm using adguard home on raspberry pi and use service block per client (my son's phone and laptop).

- [x ] I checked the documentation and found no answer
- [ x] I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

### Problem Description
Sometimes I need to quickly unblock service fe. youtube for a specific client

### Proposed Solution
It would be great if unblocking a service for a specific client could be done just by clicking in client settings section on service:
- green icon - unblocked
- red icon - blocked

is it even possible to implement?
