Add block or navigation button to top queried domains and top clients components

#### Problem Description
Currently we need to find manually on query log when necessary to block any domain appeared on top queried domains

#### Proposed Solution
Add a block button to dashboard top queried domains (easy but not perfect)

#### Alternatives Considered (Propose)
Add a navigate option or button '>' for redirect to sorted query log (not necessary to search), it'll help to see many details such as date range, time, clients etc related to particular domain and block buttons already available on query log https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/issues/481
