The statistics do not correctly count pool-requests

**Problem:** If a pull-request has been approved and merged, nothing is counted to the author of the pull-request.

**Suggested solution:** merged pool requester should be scored to the author, not the person who clicked the Merge button. Reviewers should only be scored for reviewing a pool-request with a decision making (Approve/
