### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1.Watch a ad heavy livestream
2. personally was watching a livestream by the channel TampaNeverSleeps
3.

### Expected Behavior

After a watching a stream for a while it should showcase a miniplayer with ads above the chat in the top right corner

### Actual Behavior

an ad will play in the corner of the stream
