Twitch ads blocked - but audio gets messed up

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Watch any stream that you'd get ads on.
2. When the ads happen (you can sometimes know because bots or people tell about it, etc): The ad does get blocked, but audio issues happen

### Expected Behavior

You should hear the audio of the stream normally while the ad is being blocked.

### Actual Behavior

While the ad is blocked, it seems that the player does not get proper audio anymore?

Because what happens is that during an ad, you'll hear the audio just breaking up into a loop of some seconds (I assume some buffer value?).
Imagine the last 10 seconds or so of audio before the ad just looping - but the image part of the video continues just fine.

It is highly irritating.

Reloading the stream during that period will just cause a new ad break for you - which AdGuardExtra will block, but the audio loop issue just repeats.

Sitting through the ad period, unfortunately audio is not restored to normal once the ads would be over.
Once this bug hits (and it hits every time an ad gets blocked), your audio is messed up for good.

The only "fix" I found is estimating when the ad is over and then reloading the stream.
