Adguard Browsing Module

### Issue Details

Using the browsing module in adguard dns increases website load time

### Proposed solution

Make the browsing module as a filter but closed source if you prefer like in nextdns that way the api load time won’t be there and will be fast like nextdns or controld. I checked for days and saw this is the reason why adguard dns is slow.

Please consider if possible.
