Display Request and Blocked Count in Appropriate Units Scaling on Servers Page

### Issue Details

As of the latest update, the servers page now shows total requests and blocked count as a whole number, rather than scaled like in all other pages.
Additionally, it does not respect the selected period of time and displays all queries.

### Proposed solution

1. Scale the units appropriately to improve readability, and
2. Respect the selected period of time from other pages to not confuse the user as to what period of time is selected.
