Images won’t load using Ecosia when encrypted DNS is enabled

No blacklist nor whitelist, default filters + chinese and french enabled. Disabling any of them one by one does not seem to fix the issue.

### Issue Details

- Enable DNS over HTTPS or any other encrypted service, and connect to any DNS server
- Search for anything on ecosia.org, then click « images » results
- No video thumbnails or images are displayed, only a question mark.

### Expected Behavior

The images should load and appear.

### Actual Behavior

Images are replaced by coloured squares with a tiny question mark in the middle. They won’t load when clicked on mobile, but will sometimes on desktop.
