Private AdGuard DNS PWA/App

### Issue Details

Users frequently ask for a PWA/app for Private AdGuard DNS on Telegram, so I figured I’d raise a feature request for it to link back to for those interested.

PWA’s are now supported on all Chroumium based browsers on all systems, as well as Safari. Firefox support is yet to come.

All app stores (except Apple’s) support PWA’s.

I don’t know how much more usable it would make AdGuard DNS, or whether it’s worth doing, but the discussion piece is here.
