When connecting to any of the AdGuard DNS public servers, the AdGuard connection indicator vanishes on the dashboard

When connecting to any public AdGuard DNS server, the AdGuard dashboard connection indicator panel vanishes from the dashboard.

From what I've seen, AdGuard DNS says you're either using personal AdGuard DNS or not using AdGuard DNS at all, not factoring in public AdGuard DNS.

If this is the case, a third message likely needs to be provided such as: Your device is protected through [AdGuard's public DNS](https://adguard-dns.io/en/public-dns.html) server, with an amber light. Maybe an information tile in the corner somewhere to point users in the right direction.


This was tested from AdGuard for iOS switching between the inbuilt public AdGuard DNS servers, Google DNS, and my personal AdGuard DNS.
