AdGuard DNS mobile website is missing server location information

I've noticed 2 issues that could do with an enhancement on the AdGuard DNS website:

1. There is a heading in the below link stating 'AdGuard DNS server locations' without an actual list of AdGuard server locations.

Regardless of whether there is or isn't meant to be a server List here, it would be extremely handy to know where the servers are located to know whether routing issues exist.

2. Underneath that, it says 'You are using your private AdGuard DNS server'.

This isn't very useful information, and should probably say the location of your AdGuard DNS server in a readable form.
