This seems to be fairly recent, but https://www.zzounds.com/ appears to be rendering incorrectly with the default AdGuard 94.140.14.14 and 94.140.15.15 servers configured on my home network. Specifically it looks like some of their content subdomains (c2, c3, c4.zzounds.com) are not resolving, resulting in web pages with broken layouts and no graphics. This has been happening for at least a few days, though it's been maybe a month since I last visited the site and saw it working correctly.

zz1.png is the page rendering with no images and zz2.png is the console showing that the content subdomains aren't resolving (with AdGuard default DNS configured). Adblock and JS blocker addons are disabled. The site loads properly when I change DNS to 8.8.8.8 either on the client computers or centrally on the router. Images from zzounds stop loading when I change back to the AdGuard DNS servers.

And the actual issue seems to be that you don't have any CNAME records for these content subdomains in your system, as far as I can tell. Attaching a screenshot of various nslookup attempts with your servers and a couple of others to show the difference.
