Refresh page status upon reopening browser

When minimising the browse on Safari (and presumably other browsers), or opening another tab, Websites such as outlook.office.com refresh the page upon reopening it so you don't have to manually check for new data. This refresh gives no visible indication that it's doing it, and simply produces the results some seconds later.

It would be handy if AG DNS also had this functionality.
