### Issue details
The previous issue was closed, but the latency problem is still not fixed. I am getting an average ping of 315ms (spikes up to 592ms) from Azerbaijan. The Anycast routing is still misconfigured.

### Proposed solution
Optimize Anycast/BGP routing for Azerbaijan ISPs to direct traffic to the nearest European or regional data center.
### Alternative solution
Provide alternative IPs or specific server nodes that have better routing and lower ping for the Caucasus region.
