Please add AdGuard DNS app support for macOS

### Issue Details

Please bring the AdGuard DNS app to macOS too.

Right now the AdGuard DNS app is available on iOS/iPadOS, but not on Mac. A native macOS version would make setup much simpler, avoid profile/manual workarounds, and make it easier to manage DNS on Apple devices in one consistent app.

Even a basic first version would be useful:

- connect to AdGuard DNS
- switch servers/profiles
- manage Wi-Fi exclusions
- quick on/off toggle

This would make the app much more useful for people using both iPhone and Mac.

### Proposed solution

Please bring the AdGuard DNS app to macOS too.

### Alternative solution

Every time you add a WiFi exclusion when installing a profile, you have to reinstall everything from scratch.
