Why my buffer font gets changed when vue-mode gets activated.

As the title says, my buffer font change when I open a .vue file. I suspect that it's regarding to web-mode, because happens the same trying to use that mode.

Start by reproducing the issue by changing the buffer font and opening a .vue file with vue-mode, then compare the result with web-mode. Inspect the mode activation and font behavior; done means opening either mode no longer unexpectedly changes the buffer font.
