JS and CSS indentation not working as per the instructions

From the instructions:
As you can see there is no indentation immediately after the `` tag, so the top level JS code starts from the very first column.
However, for me, it forces an indentation to make the code look like this:

import Counter from './components/counter.vue'
...
```
The same happens for CSS.
