[Suggestion] Change way to choose blacklist/whitelist mode

I think may it will better if it be selection lists, user will easily choose mode they desire and know what they chosen. A checkbox make me confused what is currently mode.

The issue does not name a file, screen, or test. Start by locating the UI checkbox that selects blacklist or whitelist mode, then trace how the selected mode is displayed and stored. Done means users can choose the mode from a selection list and can clearly tell which mode is active.
