[False positive] Remove static.affluent.io

`static.affluent.io` is currently included in the AdAway default hosts list:

It was added in commit ecc99649df1df04a248e4769be5043f9a4f238b6 without an explanatory reason:

I work for Affluent. This hostname is our public CDN for static resources required by the Affluent web application, including JavaScript, CSS, images, and fonts. **It is not used for advertising, tracking, or malware.**

Blocking this hostname prevents required application resources from loading and can make the application unusable.

Please review and remove `static.affluent.io` as a false positive, or provide some explanation on why it's added in the first place.
