false positive - cdn.bluebillywig.com & vms.bluebillywig.com

The URLs below are causing the player to stop functioning on various Dutch regional news websites. As far as I can tell, `bluebillywig.com` is purely a player provider, and for example, ads are loaded externally before the player starts.

I'm convinced that these two URLs are therefore false positives and should not be blocked.

On the website [rtvutrecht.nl](https://www.rtvutrecht.nl/nieuws/3922037/raadsvergadering-loopt-uit-de-hand-burgemeester-dijksma-belaagd-door-pro-palestina-demonstranten), you can see that the player no longer loads at all and only a black box remains:

In the Netherlands, all regional news websites use the same backend provided by **Regiogroei.nl**. Due to this block, the player no longer works on all of these websites:
