Classes to ease creation of UI sketches

When creating a UI sketch, we often have a prefab we want to attach to a canvas for inspection, this requires most projects to the hand craft a mechanism for creating the canvas in code. This is not overly burdensome but is redundant. In the case of a project using the new UI system it is far less straightforward.

This could take the form of a base class or static factory style function.
