描述

aw-webui has categories but no way to see how time splits across focus vs operational vs distracted work, no context-switch tracking, no attention-span metrics.
I've been building this on top of the existing category tree (adding a class field per leaf: focus/operational/distraction, computed in a pure metrics module, rendered as a new dashboard view).
Scope I'm proposing: utilization %, focus/distraction ratios, context switch count, attention span average, an "unclassified time" panel with one-click classify buttons that write back to the existing category settings. All additive, no changes to existing views or data model beyond the new class field.
Not proposing: browser extension requirements, LLM-based classification, or anything that changes existing behavior for users who don't touch the new view.
Before I put more time in: is this something you'd take as a PR into aw-webui, or would you rather this live as a separate companion project referenced from your docs/ecosystem list? Happy to go either way, want to build toward whatever you'd actually accept.
