Add Edit to Tools

In the Raw Data page, if one opens a bucket there is an 'Edit' button next to every event. But in the Tools page, there is no such button. It would be nice to add that button as it would be easier to find and edit an event by search.
Moreover, currently each event list displays at most 100 events and there is no way to turn pages. It would be nice to add a page turner.
