Feature Request: Submit to Microsoft Edge Store

BLOF: Add Edge Extension Store as a submission point for the Chrome extension.

While allowing additional stores is easy for home users- it's not always an option for Corporate machines.

Additionally, It seems like most the work is setting up a Developer account for the store. However, I haven't checked it out thoroughly.

From [Microsoft's guide on porting Chrome Extensions](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/extensions-chromium/developer-guide/port-chrome-extension) there's little to do except check for references to chrome in the manifest ([I did, I think. I don't see any](https://github.com/ActivityWatch/aw-watcher-web/blob/master/manifest.json)).

If there's no objections, I'll go ahead and validate the APIs used are there in MS Edge.
