Search history from incognito is showing in the activity watch Summary even Activity watch extension is off in private windows

I have my activity watch extension off in private windows but idk how the search history from incognito tabs is showing in the summary
i have even rechecked the words which are in the summary from incognito tab from the local history (where there is no word detected we can definitely say the search word is from incognito)
