Categorization doesn't match by app name, only by window title

- **OS name and version**: 6.1.62-1-MANJARO
- **ActivityWatch version**: 0.12.3b15

## Describe the bug

## To Reproduce
Create rule (I created rule for programming). Add keyword there (unrealeditor).

Open unreal editor and some windows there.

Problem is that UE doesn't add word Unreal to window title, but AW can record app name, but it's not used by categorization.

## Expected behavior
To be catrogrized as work isntead of unknown
