Duplicate Activity tracks on Mac

- [x] I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.

- **OS name and version**: MacOS latest
- **ActivityWatch version**: 0.12.2

## Describe the bug
Suddenly new option appeared on the Activity menu. Local and nonlocal versions. The time is split between them. USer then have to switch between them, to figure out the usage time. Additionally, there is no way of knowing, which one is selected.

There should be no additional tracks/buckets without user's action
