Unable to find ..\aw_server\static when adding binary and data files when building for macOS

Having difficulty when building dmg installer for macOS. When I run make dist/ActivityWatch, error always results in: “unable to find ..\aw_server\static when adding binary and data files”.

## Issue

I have run make build, make package, and finally make dist/ActivityWatch in that particular order. While according to [this comment](https://forum.activitywatch.net/t/how-to-create-exe-file-for-this-application-after-making-few-changes-in-application/672/10), aw_server\static is created by make build. So far I haven’t found similar problem.
