help with dialogue “ special character

- we could had a button/helper to add this special character (right now I have to copy paste it to have it...)
- or a dedicated dialogue helper:
- we could add a linter, validating a text with rules: translation_id, dialogue begin/end, line breaks
- and/or a template that you could add by clicking a button

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the dialogue/translation editor flow in this TypeScript Electron app and any existing text validation or save handlers there. Use that area to add either a UI helper for inserting the special character or a linter/template flow with the requested translation_id, begin/end, and line-break rules. Done means the new helper/validation is reachable from the dialogue workflow and its behavior can be verified in app flow or tests.
