New-pipeline: Update utility packages

Before we make a release of the new-pipeline, we should check the utility packages of Accelerate (like accelerate-io). Some of these packages will be broken by the redesign unfortunately.

First step will be to get a list of broken packages. Afterwards we can see how we can fix these packages, potentially with breaking changes to these packages.

This probably depends on #570 and #572.
