Rename P3-D65 display

In one of the CIF display color spaces spec meetings, the group decided it wanted to change the name of the display "P3-D65 - Display" in the current ACES configs to "Gamma 2.6 P3-D65 - Display" to avoid confusion with Display P3. That is currently what is in the display color spaces [draft recommendation](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MmBG4a3Dr6S6EO781WjK-xZW7QdHpuo-zd7wtMvG1Rs/edit?usp=sharing).

The name appears both as a display color space and as a display. The change to the name of the display color space could be handled via an alias. Unfortunately there is no alias mechanism for displays. One possible solution might be to add a duplicate display with the new name and only add the new one to the active_displays list. Another possibility would be to bump the color spaces major version number and not try to be backwards compatible.
