Feature Request: Ability to specify config file OR Multiple input/outputs to watch

I want to be able to run multiple auto-compressors on the server since our new project now has Tracy built in, and I need to output to different folders to keep it organized.

Any chance this could get added? Either specifying the config file or having the ability to add a key-value|input-output array to the config.

I tried to tackle adding this myself but I... yeah no, not with this language.
